ABOUT VB ROCKFISH

VB Rockfish is a competitive adult field hockey club offering year-round play in Virginia Beach. Our teams compete in local indoor leagues and major tournaments like the NIT and Big Apple. This June, we’ll host the Adult RCCs at the RTC, featuring top men’s and women’s teams vying for a Nationals bid. VB Rockfish is proud to foster a strong, active hockey community.

Outdoor Hockey

In this fun pick up setting, players will refine their skills by enhancing stickwork with increased ball touches, mastering fundamental techniques, and improving decision-making in tight spaces. The focus will also be on goal-scoring strategies, positioning, communication, and teamwork, ensuring well-rounded development and a sharper indoor game.
